We stand 100% behind our products and services and offer you the best. If you have a problem with one of our patterns (missing pieces, etc.) please let us know immediately by calling 570-224-6346 within 15 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to fix it.

We do not accept returns on any printed material (patterns, etc.). If you have changed your mind about any other item(s) you ordered, we'll be glad to offer return privileges under these terms:
  • Item must be in the same condition as when you received them.
  • All returns must be made withing 15 days.
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply.
  • Return shipping is at your expense.
  • The original cost of shipping is not refundable.

Payment Policy:
By Your Light Designs accepts credit card payments processed by Paypal.

Sales Tax:
6% sales tax applies to PA residents only.

All products are shipped via Priority Flat rate or Regional Rate depending on your order's total weight and size within 1-2 days of receiving your order. For 1 to 3 items (excluding item NOT002) shipping will be first class at $3.50. It then goes to the priority and regional rate as written.  You should receive your order within 3-4 business days. If your order does not fit or is too heavy for priority flat rate envelope, you will be contacted with the Regional Rate to your shipping zone. We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit or delays by the Postal system.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not share personal customer information with anyone outside the company, other than what is obviously necessary to process your order.
